FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
I've bought Atomic Body before. Is there an alumni price for this?
Atomic Body Takeover is brand spanking new! So you get all new workouts, all new meals and new bonuses! This is a different program, so everyone will need to buy this program in order to join. But, once you buy it, you'll have unlimited access to all the material!
I have diastasis recti. Can I do this program?
100% Yes! We literally made this for exactly YOU!
I'm breastfeeding. Can I use these meal plans?
Yes! We always recommend checking with your doctor first, but these meals are very nutrient dense and clean. So while you may need to increase your portion size to get enough calories, you can absolutely use these meal plans. Just be sure you're eating enough!
How much weight will I lose?
While I can't guarantee a specific result (because we are all different with different bodies!), I can tell you that a very reasonable change after a challenge like this is anywhere from 4-10lbs, if you follow the workout, meal, and habit changes plans exactly. Don't worry! I'll help you!
What Equipment will I need?
You'll need 5 things:
1. A pair of light weights (2-5lbs)
2. A pair of heavy weights (10-18lbs)
3. A resistance loop band
4. A resistance long band
5. A chair/bench/couch
How do I know I can stick with this? I've failed at challenges before
There's a strong possibility that you haven't failed past challenges, but that the challenges failed you. You always need self-motivation and determination for any goal you want to reach, but you are way more likely to reach them with the right coach, accountability and support system in place. I have gone above and beyond to make sure you'll be supported every single day of this challenge! YOU CAN DO IT!
Are there modifications if I want to take it slow?
Absolutely yes! There will be modifications and progressions, so Atomic Body will work for all fitness levels!
What if I don't want to follow along with the group?
No problem at all! You'll have unlimited access to all the challenge materials, even after the 4 weeks is over. If you're not a fan of group coaching, or you'd just rather go it alone with a different timelime, be my guest! You can use these HIIT workouts in so many ways!
